Medical Gas Pipeline Systems

Central Gas Distribution System
A Central Gas System is a distribution of gases from container to one or more pointof use. For specifically gases, choice of MOC, components etc will be determined by the properties and purify of gases.
Control Panel
Fully automatic in operation and requiring no action Stepmed Automatic Control Panel is pneumatically operated by the service gas on pressure differential basis and needs no electrical supply to operate. It will continue to function therefore, should there be failure in electrical supply. It is equipped with a shuttle valve and takes on automatically from empty cylinder bank to full cylinder bank. The panel is enclosed in a metal cabinet with a hinged front cover. The cover is fitted with a lock to prevent unauthorized access, and can be swung open for maintenance. A visual indication of the manifolds is provided by the three gauges within the control panel, clearly visible to through the transferred cover, these gauges indicates the pressure of right and left hand cylinder banks and the supply pressure from the control panel to the distribution system The panel is supplied with sensing facilities to provide visual signals and other ancillary services. In addition the panel is fitted with audio alarm indication for change over from empty cylinder bank to filled cylinder bank. The control panel is compatible with Master Annunciations.

Oxygen Manifold System
Gas Manifold is a group of Gas Cylinders connected in series and is designed to supply gas through a pipeline to an equipment or building. We at Stepmed Design, Manufacture, Supply and Commission the Gas Manifold systems for Industrial, Medical, Research Laboratory and food grade applications.
Gas Services: Oxygen, Hydrogen, Argon, Nitrogen, Helium, Air, Acetylene, Ammonia, Carbon-di-Oxide, nitrous oxide, mixer gas, propane, methane, anhydrous hcl, etc.
We have supplied manifolds of different range, varying from 2 cylinders to 300 cylinders for gases, also done skid mounted trailers, quads, etc.
Our Gas Manifolds shall be designed based on our client requirement and considering the possible future expansion. Our manifolds shall be designed based on ccoe/peso guidelines and will be complying to those standards and factor of safety. We provide manifolds with third party (tuv, sgs or bvqi) certification.

Medical Gas Alarm ( 1 Services ) Area Gas alarm panel two Lines, Would audio- visual alarms for each gas used on the floor and come fitted with test and mute button. Running on electricity 220V, these units are suggested to be fitted on each floor as well as areas of heavy usage. It would be fitted with a pressure gauge. It indicates low, medium & high pressure sensors.
